Project Fifty

What happens during the session?

You bring one challenge

Before we meet, you will be asked to briefly describe the issue you would like to discuss. This allows us to make the most of our 20 minutes together.

We look at what is happening

I will ask focused questions to help us understand the situation, the people involved and what may be making it difficult to resolve.

We identify a way forward

You will leave with a clearer perspective and at least one practical next step to consider.

The purpose is not to solve every part of a complex situation in 20 minutes.

It is to help you become less stuck.

What you can expect

  • A focused 20-minute conversation

  • One challenge explored at a time

  • A supportive and non-judgemental approach

  • Practical, psychology-informed insight

  • Greater clarity about your next step

  • No expectation to purchase anything afterwards

If I believe your situation requires specialist HR, legal, financial, medical or mental health advice, I will be transparent about the limits of the session and encourage you to seek the appropriate professional support.

Project Fifty may be for you if…

  • You own a business, manage a team or carry leadership responsibility.

  • One issue has been occupying too much of your attention.

  • You need an outside perspective.

  • You are unsure what to do next.

  • You want practical support without committing to a full programme.

  • You have been carrying something you cannot easily discuss with your team.

  • You would value a conversation with someone who understands leadership from both a practical and psychological perspective.

Why is it free?

Project Fifty gives me an opportunity to support more business owners, better understand the challenges leaders are facing and put practical psychology-backed support into the community.

It also gives you the opportunity to experience what it is like to work with me before deciding whether you may want further support in the future.

There is no sales pitch required at the end.

If another Balanced Business service appears relevant, I may let you know that the option exists—but what you do next will always be entirely your decision.

One conversation can change the way you see the problem

You may not need all the answers today.

You may simply need enough clarity to take the next step.

Bring the challenge. We will start there.

How we can meet

Project Fifty sessions are available:

  • online via Zoom;

  • by phone;

  • through an Instagram call; or

  • in person when location and availability allow.

You can select your preferred option when you book.

One challenge. Twenty minutes. A clearer way forward.

Sometimes you don’t need a complete programme or a long-term commitment.

You just need somewhere to take the issue that has been circling in your mind.

Project Fifty offers business owners and leaders a free, focused 20-minute session to talk through one leadership, workplace or business challenge.

Together, we will explore what is happening, consider what may be sitting beneath the surface and identify a practical next step.

No pressure. No obligation. Just a confidential conversation designed to help you move forward with greater clarity.

Why Project Fifty?

Leadership can feel surprisingly lonely.

There are decisions you cannot ask your team to make for you, workplace issues you cannot openly discuss and moments when you need a perspective from someone who understands the responsibility you are carrying.

Yet many business owners hesitate to ask for support—especially when the issue does not feel “big enough” to justify it.

I created Project Fifty with a simple goal:

To have 50 meaningful conversations with business owners and leaders before the end of the year.

Fifty people.

Fifty real challenges.

Fifty opportunities to help someone feel a little less stuck and a little more supported.

What could you bring?

Your session can focus on almost any leadership, workplace or business challenge that is taking up too much space in your mind.

You might want to talk through:

  • a difficult conversation you need to have;

  • an employee or team issue;

  • a decision you keep second-guessing;

  • a delegation problem;

  • a lack of accountability or initiative;

  • tension or conflict within your workplace;

  • feeling overwhelmed by everything you need to do;

  • difficulty knowing what to prioritise;

  • a boundary you need to put in place;

  • a leadership situation you are unsure how to handle; or

  • something that simply does not feel right within your business.

You do not need to present the problem perfectly.

Bring what is happening, and we will begin there.
